If you’re interested in joining the cash-for-cars business but are worried about how much money you’ll need to start, I’ve got some good news for you. You won’t need much at all... In fact, all you need are a few basics.

In module 2, I discuss these essential items and the tools you need to begin your cash-for-cars journey. If you don’t have a lot of money to invest upfront, no problem. You can start out as the middleman until you start bringing in cash. How? Watch the video, where I tell you exactly how it’s done!

It can be difficult to know where to find cars and how to buy them, especially when you’re just starting out.

In module 3, I share the magic formula for finding and buying your next car. I give you information on how I got started in the biz and how I found my first few cars. From trade-ins at dealerships to looking through newspapers and going to auctions, I’ve done it all. Listen to my life-changing experiences and stories as I share with you how a friend taught me how to make money for the rest of my life.

Advertising is important, but it’s more than just advertising. You have to be diligent in getting your name out there, making business cards, and handing them out to car dealerships, transmission shops, and other car shops. Search on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist and hit people up with offers. Get out there and be aggressive.

When buying cars, it’s important that you get the best deal possible so you can make a good profit. How do you get the best deal? You’re going to need information about the car and its condition and history.

In module 4, I give you examples of the questions you should be asking your customers and why. I explain why you should never give your customers a price until the end, and I even give you strategies on how to get customers down to $350 from $1000. Negotiating is an art form, and I tell you exactly how to do it.

Building strong relationships is an important part of the cash-for-cars industry.

In module 5, I explain the importance of building and maintaining successful business relationships. I also explain which relationships are worth having and how they can benefit you in the long run. I give you examples and tips on how to approach these relationships in the most effective way and how to avoid burning bridges.  

Remember, your reputation is everything in this industry. Treat your people right, and they’ll take care of you.

You’ve got a car, now what? The art of buying is only half the battle...

In module 6, I discuss what comes next. I cover the reasons for buying cars and why it’s important to pay attention to the prices of metal and catalytic converters. I even give you tips on how to track and compare prices, including using our app to get help pricing used car parts. I’ve been doing this for a long time and have had a lot of mentors teach me a lot of things about the business. Listen in as I share with you what they taught me, and give you examples of how to get the most out of your cars and what mistakes to avoid.

Even if you don’t cut the catalytic converters out, you can still make a decent profit. There are other ways to make money on junk cars, but this is a tried and true method for us. We’ve done it all, and I’m telling you the secrets of how to become a money-making machine right away!
